COVID in Europe: Updated list of travel restrictions for each European country/region

Most countries have imposed travel restrictions to control the spread of COVID-19.
The latest major changes include:
Sweden finally lifted its entry ban on non-essential travel from third countries on 1 April.
Latvia will abolish entry rules for travelers from the EU/Schengen area and the UK from 1 April.
The Canary Islands lifted all remaining local COVID-19 restrictions on 24 March.
The Netherlands will lift entry rules for all travelers from March 23.
From 18 March, the UK lifted all remaining COVID-19 travel restrictions for those entering from other countries.
From 14 March, France lifted the COVID passport requirement for entry to most venues and events
Since 9 March, Romania has lifted all travel restrictions imposed because of COVID-19.
Ireland lifted all COVID-19 entry restrictions from 6 March.
Unvaccinated Russian citizens arriving in Ukraine must be quarantined for 14 days and cannot leave the quarantine zone early from February 23.
